Can give you a first-hand conversion story on this.
I bought the Deep Dive report after the July session when I failed N4. I knew I'd failed — you kind of know — but I didn't know why in any precise way. I thought it was vocabulary. The report said it was pacing.
Specifically, the fatigue graph showed a sharp accuracy drop in the final 20 minutes of the exam. I was rushing. Not because I didn't know the material, but because I'd built up anxiety in the earlier sections and was burning through the back half too fast to think properly.
I spent the next four months doing timed practice with a specific focus on that final window. Slow down, don't speed up, when you feel the urge to rush. It sounds obvious in hindsight but I genuinely didn't see the pattern until the graph showed it to me.
December: passed. My listening section, which was my worst in July, came in 11 points higher.
I don't know if that's entirely the report or just more focused prep overall. But the fatigue graph gave me a specific thing to fix, and I fixed it. That's the value.
